There has not been one single time working with Pam that she failed to return my calls or provide me with information regarding my policy. She is amazing and talented. People have asked me why I have been a customer with them for so long. I tell them how she guided me in reducing my premium each month and let me know of any perks I am entitled to. Being customer service savvy I know quality work when I see it and hear it. It is also a cherry on the top to have Jennifer directing the calls. I called to talk to Pam but she was with a customer. Jennifer asked what the issue was and literally 2 minutes later it was solved. Now THAT is what I’m talking about. If they can help you at the first point of contact they do not hesitate to do so. I intend to be a loyal customer for a long time.
