"This used to be a great place to do business with. I honestly don't know what happened. Being bounced around from one rep or account manager whatever you want to call them. It's never the same one. That, and most recently it seems hard for them to get anything done in a timely manner. These people used to be on top of it. I've noticed this trend over the last couple of years with them. I thought it was just me until others that use this agent have had similar complaints. I decided to use a different agent now. I'm just tired of feeling like we all don't really matter, or that it takes FOREVER for them to help you with something. My last phone call to them is what did it for me. It felt rather patronizing. Unless, something changes with their customer service I'm not going back, they've lost my faith and trust in them."

"There has not been one single time working with Pam that she failed to return my calls or provide me with information regarding my policy. She is amazing and talented. People have asked me why I have been a customer with them for so long. I tell them how she guided me in reducing my premium each month and let me know of any perks I am entitled to. Being customer service savvy I know quality work when I see it and hear it. It is also a cherry on the top to have Jennifer directing the calls. I called to talk to Pam but she was with a customer. Jennifer asked what the issue was and literally 2 minutes later it was solved. Now THAT is what I’m talking about. If they can help you at the first point of contact they do not hesitate to do so. I intend to be a loyal customer for a long time."
